I entered 3 "other" events today, but they do not show on my schedule, but when I go to enter them again, it says they conflict with the events that are not showing. How do I know if they really are entered?
Hoping this is not another problem with the School Dude link!!!
I entered another event today on Feb 10th that had an overlapping time conflict, now neither shows, What is going on?????
Adam - I'm sending this to our Bug Triage team to review. It's something I hadn't seen before.
I did try to enter a game, and that showed, so it seems to be just the "other " events
I'm being told now that all events entered are showing up multiple times (5 for the events in question) in School Dude/Facility direct when they go through the approval process for our facility schedule. So they are getting 5 e-mail notices, and then it shows up on the School Dude multiple times. Also, the people that had to approve the events in question just got them for approval so there is a significant delay as well.

Please do, we now have conflicts occurring with events between arbiter and school dude due to the link not working correctly!!!!!!
Now the missing events all showed up in March, I had previously checked other months thinking I entered them wrong, but they were not there, and when I tried to re-enter the events I got a conflict like stated earlier, so as far as I can tell they were entered correctly. No idea what happened there. They never did show up in Facility Direct (School dude) Feb or March....
I did delete them for March so it didn't cause any further conflicts.
I was able to enter some "other" events and they did show correctly.

Nope never heard from anyone... I think it's okay on our end, but our facility schedule shows most events that we enter on Arbiter 4-6 times in school dude.
Also, not sure if this is a question for school dude or arbiter, but we have to go in and search for events that get entered into school dude without our knowledge and get scheduled for facilities but they don't show up on arbiter, or even register a conflict. We were under the impression that we would see events on arbiter when entered into school dude, but it doesn't seem to work that way. There should be a way that the information flows both ways, otherwise the link is good for our facility team, but not for athletics. We have found events that community groups are scheduling that conflict with athletic schedules but we have no idea they are entered. Is there a way to make those show up on Arbiter without going into school dude and searching for them then entering them ourselves?
Adam - Will you share any information you can of when you are seeing the duplicate facility requests? We've heard a little of this from others, but we don't have any specific steps to replicate it.
On the integration, it only flows from Arbiter to SchoolDude. In most areas, athletics are scheduled before other items and largely avoid the issue.
Hi Nate and Adam - we were under the impression that non- game/practice events didn't flow to schooldude, should they? When I look at ours it doesn't look like any of our "events" are going to FSDirect. Thanks, Marla

If you add a facility request to an event and mark it to send to SchoolDude, it should send a request through the API to SchoolDude. If you have an example of that not happening, let me know and we'll take a look at it.

Thanks for replying Nate, I just double checked a second school to make sure. At Colony High (4753) and Palmer High (17452) both have events today. The one at PHS is a test. CHS has several, events have the school logo on it - the facilities icon just says request sent, but nothing ever shows up in SchoolDude.
We honestly just thought events didn't go to schooldude, but it would be awesome if they did! The other issue we are seeing is that when schedules in SD are activated it isn't coming back to Arbiter. The icon still stays yellow and says submitted. CHS, Oct 19 at 3pm Coed Varsity Wrestling practice (ScheduleID: 32794 is activated for example).
