A list of available game workers shows but I can only add them one at a time. Would like to be able to select everyone I need at one time and assign all at once instead of all the back and forth. Would also be nice to send them specific information like what time to report and where to report to.

Matzen, Shane Would be a HUGE help and shouldn't be a difficult fix.

Pat Higley Needs to happen immediately.

Ashley Chalut It would be nice to be able to just program in the report time when you program in the position and pay. That way it just translates to them in that same email from getting scheduled.

Nathan Evans All - Thank you for providing your feedback. We released the ability to schedule more than one worker at a time. Now when you are adding workers to a game, you can check multiple workers, select their role and pay amount, and add them all at once.
Thanks again for the feedback. Please continue to share through the feedback forum!

Matzen, Shane That's a big one. Thanks, Nate!

Matzen, Shane I'm sure the mistake is on my end, but I'm checking multiple workers, assigning each their task and then at the bottom clicking on "Assign All" and nothing happens.
Then when I go up and hit "Assign" next to each name I maybe get one or two in and the screen goes back to that day's game page. I have to start all over again.
When it's a Friday night varsity football game I have upwards of 20 people working and need to be able to assign all in one click.
What am I doing wrong or what is wrong with the system? I thought this was corrected.

Nathan Evans Shane - This is an open issue that was reported about a month ago. I've forwarded this to our support team to track so that we can get back to you as soon as it's released.
