This release adds 6 new features and fixes 8 issues across 5 products.  Highlights include:

  • Improvements to the data standardization process
  • Mass Pay updates that make paying inside ArbiterPay much easier for many clients

 

ArbiterOne

New Features

  • Added features to stop accepting duplicate data when adding a game. The main aspect of this feature is to force the use of standardized data when selecting Teams, Sites, and BillTos.
  • Added the ability to use any of the filters to run the Roster report from.
  • Any site that is standardized will now retain default site and sub-site records.

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 92545: on the Paysheets page as a Contact, when you clicked Pay Officials, the page would not show all payments that were available. You needed to click All Payments to see some of the payments that should have shown.
  • Item # 130665: When swapping Home and Away teams on a game, the same team was being saved as both Home and Away. This is corrected.
  • Item # 135146: When scoped by level only, scoped sub-admin is unable to see any games even though games exist for those levels. The issue has been resolved.

ArbiterGame

New Features

  • When standardizing a Team in AG, if the Team does not have a default Site, Game Start, Setup Time, Duration, and/or Cleanup Time, they will be set to application defaults and can be edited as appropriate.

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 149141: Updated logic to prevent students from being deleted if they have entries on Competitive Balance tier tables.

ArbiterPay

New Features

  • New updated the Terms and Conditions documents have been added. All users will need to agree to the new policy.

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 2720: Issues with the Mass Pay functionality have been corrected. About 20% of users would experience timeout issues that would make payment groups very difficult to get through.

ArbiterPay+

New Features

  • Updated the Conference Summary report to have columns specifically for Simple Payments and allow easy access to totals for entered time period.

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 131495: Corrected an issue that caused Simple Payments to not show on the Conference Summary report.

ArbiterWorks

New Features

  • None

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 154406: Corrected an issue where the display of payments was being totaled when multiple registrations were completed at the same time. For example, if you completed 3 registrations and made a total combined payment of $100, all three registrations would display as though they had all collected $100 each from the Official.
  • Item # 144985: When completed a clinic with many possible options, the requirement for Eligibility was not being marked as completed and Officials were not being seen as Eligible. This has been corrected.
