ArbiterOne

New Features

  • Officials are now able to filter by a specific game number on the Self Assign page.
  • Games are now grouped together by date on the Self Assign page. This will better help Officials see the games they can accept quickly.
  • Paging has been added to the Self Assign page.
  • The Print Games report on the Assigning page will now have post game report comments added to the report.
  • Assigners that are standardizing their data will now be able to associate sports with a site more easily.
  • Assigners that are standardizing their data will now see sites that are associated with one of the generic sports they assign for. If you don’t see a site in the default view, you are able to select Show All.

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 144104: Corrected an issue that caused a Flat Fee to be reset to $0 when an exception was edited.
  • Item # 139639: Fixed an issue that caused a $0 balance to show when trying to pay officials. Some assigners were also receiving an “incorrect security key for account…” error, which was not correct
  • Item # 133300: Corrected an issue that caused upgraded teams to not save at the end of the upgrade process.
  • Item # 50994: Updated the way navigation history is stored in the database to better manage moving through processes like adding games and sending mass emails. Sometimes when moving between functions where some of the sub features overlap, we were not handling the overlapped data correctly and that would cause you to be sent to an incorrect page when you completed an action.
  • Item # 117479: When entering a limit to a Travel Fee, that value was being saved as a Per Diem amount and making the fee not function as desired. This has been corrected.
  • Item # 116005: The new Game Importer would not import a team if it was marked as non-standard. It now imports the team if it was selected from a drop down on the spreadsheet.
  • Item # 64740: At times assigners would go to the Mass Email function and notice that the number of officials loaded to send an email to was different than the filter of officials that they intended to send an email to. The filter results and move to the email page has been corrected, so that the results are always the same.

ArbiterGame

New Features

  • None

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 113150: The phone number on the League Scheduler page was incorrect. It has been updated.
  • Item # 46250: Corrected an issue that when editing a non-game event in AG, it would always show a conflict.

ArbiterPay+

New Features

  • Changed the name of AP+ permissions in A1 to make more sense to the users that will set them.

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 133003: Corrected an issue that prevented the Date Paid timestamp to be added to a payment. This caused the Payment Reconciliation (and Detail) reports to be inaccurate.

ArbiterWorks

New Features

  • Added a setting available to Super Groups that allows them to share the status of a background check (BGC) with attached sub groups. This is limited to only a pass-fail status and does not share any of the detail about what was found.
  • Added a setting to groups, which will allow specific Admins to view BGC status in a sub group.
  • When a refund is processed on a registration, the eligibility will be removed if selected to do so.

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 121051: Updated logic on when registration emails are sent, so that officials are not sent what appear to be multiple copies of the same email in cases where the registration automatically adds them to national groups, such as NFHS groups.
  • Corrected an issue that allowed officials to finish a registration without having completed dependent steps of the registration.
