This release adds 13 new features and fixes 15 issues across 5 products.  Highlights include:

  • Performance improvements in A1
  • Bug fixes that will help usability

 

ArbiterOne

New Features

  • Performance improvements to Game counts and similar queries on the Self Assign, Assign to Official, and Game Edit pages.
  • Performance improvements while running and view results related to Background Checks.
  • Performance tuning during the conflict checking process that will result in a faster assigning process.
  • Added Game Fee, Travel Limit, Per Diem Amount to the Game Confirmation email, and bolded instructions at the bottom of the email to keep it for records.
  • On the Paysheets page there is a new Approval option for groups to use if they need an indicator that someone has reviewed each payment.

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 111882: Game Change email now includes the changes bolded and comments added to the games.
  • Item # 229768: Contact Game Reminder emails now have level information added.
  • Item # 223914: Corrected an issue that prevented the Primary Admin from being changed correctly. The change would be made in the application, but would take about a week to propagate through the server cache system and display correctly in the interface.
  • Item # 261825: Fixed an issue that caused the Officials Schedule report to throw an error instead of printing or being previewed.
  • Item # 251861: When sending a mass email to a selected group of Officials, all Officials would sometimes get the email. This issue has been corrected.
  • Item # 256846: Corrected an issue that prevented filters including Team data from displaying an accurate list of games for a given search.
  • Item # 259277: Officials that were deleted from a group and then later registered to be in the group again were not showing up on the Users page. This issue has been corrected.
  • Item # 269031: Self-Assign games were not showing if they were linked games. This issue has been corrected.

ArbiterGame

New Features

  • Performance improvements on the Beta Schedule page.
  • Running a two-week test after receiving Beta feedback by changing the Beta Schedule page to the default Schedule page.
  • Added an option to mark a team roster as Non-public.
  • Added Level as a filter option in the Beta Schedule page.

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 263685: Corrected an error that prevented games for a specifically selected date from loading as expected.
  • Item # 254008: Fixed an issue that would cause games to be saved with a different level than was selected.

ArbiterPay+

New Features

  • Added a call to the external API to receive whether an Official is in the system or not.
  • Improved error messaging through API calls in the external API. 

Defect or Bug

  • None

ArbiterMobile

New Features

  • Added conflict checking when accepting games through the mobile app.

Defect or Bug

  • Corrected an issue that would cause groups to be duplicated on the Contacts page.

ArbiterWorks

New Features

  • None

Defect or Bug

  • Item # 256478: Corrected an issue that prevented Test Templates from being downloaded.
  • Item # 267604: Fixed an issue in the navigation from the Register link in the Eligibility Center. Previously the application would take you back to the Eligibility Dashboard and now takes you to the selected registration as expected.
  • Item # 239953: When a PDF is uploaded on a test there should be a download link, so a user can access a PDF version of the test. The download link was not functioning correctly. This is now working.
  • Item # 197360: Fixed an issue that prevented Event Workers who are added to a group from being seen in the group. This was because they already existed in another group and the applications was not handling multiple groups correctly for Event Workers.
