I have 2 boys who will be refereeing for the Reston Raiders and have set up profiles on your site for game assignments. Their information is: Sean Lukas - firstname.lastname@example.org Sam Lukas - email@example.com They both try to access their accounts with the same computer and each time one or both are told their password and security question answers are incorrect. I personally set up the accounts with them and know they are entering the information correctly. I believe the problem has to do with browser history setting (cookies, etc.) of the computer which interferes with their sign on attempts. Can you please help me find a solution so they are not getting prohibited from signing in. If this continues they will miss scheduling opportunities and game assignments.
