We resolved the performance issues for all clients.  Please contact our support team if you experience additional slowness.

We updated several core tables that improved performance on several key pages.  There are still some clients experiencing slowness.

We isolated the issue to a database procedure.  Our team is working on a fix.

7:50 AM MT
We started experiencing slow performance across the site with longer wait times on pages that display game information.

    For this sort of thing, it would be great if you could send out a mass email to assigners telling them to not bother using the system for a while and then sending another when the problem was resolved.

    Speed has improved, but still getting an inordinate number of error pages popping up.

    Harold - Thank you for the feedback. We are improving our messaging but will keep it on the site since many clients don't use the site daily.

    I'll open a ticket with support about the error messages you are receiving.
