Service Incident - November 30th, 2015

Time: 12:15 pm – 1:20 pm MT

Description:  Just prior to 12:15 pm MT, our site monitoring software alerted our team of a network issue at our datacenter.  During the investigation, our engineering team discovered that the connection to the database was disrupted.  During the incident window, our team took the site offline to ensure no data loss.  They brought the site back online at 1:20 pm MT.
