This release adds 21 new features and fixes 6 issues across 3 products.  Highlights include:

  • Bug fixes to prevent duplicate emails
  • ArbiterGame performance enhancements and bug squashing
  • Alpha release of the new Partner API

 

ArbiterOne

New Features

  • Added a Payers component to the new external API for partners.
  • Added a Partners component to the new external API for partners.
  • Added a Paysheets component to the new external API for partners.
  • Added a Teams component to the new external API for partners.
  • Added a Games component to the new external API for partners.
  • Added an Officials component to the new external API for partners.
  • Deprecated the Billing Contact page from user accessible areas.
  • Added a Subscription component to the new external API for partners.
  • Enhanced the performance of Game Reminder email.
  • Improved performance of the insert process for all mass emails.
  • Implemented initial OAuth authentication for partner API.
  • Added a payment processing call to the ArbiterPay API for the partner API.
  • Added a return message that updates the payment status through the partner API.

Defect or Bug

  • Ticket# 15168: Inserted code to prevent duplicate emails to be sent out on several different email types.
  • Corrected an issue that enforces the rule that officials only get a game change email after the assigner has approved the game change.

 

ArbiterGame

New Features

  • Newly added Event Worker who are marked as employees will no longer have a link to register an ArbiterPay account.
  • Added the ability to resend the Welcome Email to event workers.
  • Added paging options to the bottom of the Student page.
  • When an admin subscribes an official they are now sent a Welcome Email.
  • When a team roster is opened, the sorting is now by last name, then first name in ascending order.
  • Practices are now visible after clicking on a team.
  • Converted the Settings page to a new more performant architecture.
  • Added an administrative page that reports on request logs sent through the API. The function is designed to help with troubleshooting and is only accessible to ArbiterSports employees.

Defect or Bug

  • Corrected an issue where an error was thrown after subscribing to new sites or opponents.
  • Ticket# 97153 & 101617: Corrected an issue on Game Change emails where the old and new information was swapped.
  • Fixed an issue where officials were not displaying correctly when they were subscribed from a 360 account.

Defect or Bug

  • Corrected an issue that prevented images from posting on Central Hubs.
