Gaining Access to an Assigning Group

The first step to joining a group is to speak to your assigner about the organization's process and requirements are for joining.

If the organization you will be officiating for has their own registration process, your assigner will provide their own instructions for joining.

If they do not require any registration, the assigner can add you to their group with your email address .  The ArbiterSports system uses email addresses to recognize different users.  Each email address can be tied to only one users account.

  • Updating  your profile to make sure all of your personal information is current and correct.

Can somebody please just answer the phone and tell me why my $ was in my 'account' yesterday, and now it's gone. And PLEASE put a guide as to how to transfer $ INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. There must be one person employed at your HA company.

This is terrible. I want to fill out my 1099 information, but the directions don't help. It has me looking for tabs and buttons that don't exist. I'm going to quit when my background information expires in another three years. I can't take this unprofessionalism. We're supposed to be professional, but we can't get any clear help from this terrible website.  The aggravation we get at the games is enough.  I don't need this.

I can't login to my account at all. All I can see is a Zendesk profile, not a profile for my referee account. So confusing and impossible to figure out. Link in the welcome email does not work.
