This release adds 11 new features and fixes 7 issues across 3 products.  Highlights include:

  • Accept By email issues have been resolved.
  • SchoolDude API issues have been resolved.
  • Second year background checks have been optimized.

 

ArbiterOne

New Features

  • Added a data structure to bring Entity data together for the new Admin pages.
  • Added ability to enter a contact for each paying entity account.
  • Added the ability to view and edit an ArbiterGame paying account in the Admin pages.
  • Added Group dimension to future Business Intelligence dataset.
  • Added Game Facts dimension to future Business Intelligence dataset.
  • Added User Facts dimension to future Business Intelligence dataset.

Defect or Bug

  • Fixed issues that prevented the Accept By emails from going out in some cases.
  • Corrected an error displayed when Admins attempted to add slots in addition to default slots for games.
  • When an assigner had a variable for maximum games in a year per team, Assigning pages were not performing well. This has been corrected.
  • Corrected an error that manifested itself by posting to error logs, because a piece of referenced code was not present.

 

ArbiterGame

New Features

  • A new internal API was developed to replace areas of ArbiterGame that were not performing to standards.
  • Added the ability to filter by officials to an Arbiter360 account when subscribed to Officials.
  • Added the ability to filter by eligibility period to an Arbiter360 account when subscribed to Officials.
  • Added the ability to filter by distance to an Arbiter360 account when subscribed to Officials.

Defect or Bug

  • Fixed an issue when the duration of a game was changed an accompanying facilities request was not appearing and teams were not being informed via SchoolDude.
  • When a game was changed the system was not communicating with SchoolDude to change or cancel schedule or trip requests. This has been corrected.

 

ArbiterWorks

New Features

  • Added features to only request data for the last 18 months on checks where the person had been checked last year.

Defect or Bug

  • In rare cases individual users were receiving 20-30 duplicates of the same email. Affected emails for these customers were, registration confirmation, new game, and game change emails.
