This release adds 12 new features and fixes 16 issues across 4 products.  Highlights include:

  • Added an option to run background checks that only include results for the last 18 months.
  • Expanded coverage of internal APIs to speed development and enhance test coverage.
  • Pointed the ArbiterSports mobile app at production data.

 

ArbiterOne

New Features

  • Added an internal API for Officials data.
  • Added an internal API for Position Names data.
  • Added an internal API for Positions data.
  • Added an internal API for Ranks data.
  • Added an internal API for Levels data.
  • Added an internal API for Assigners data.
  • Added an internal API for Game data.

Defect or Bug

  • Corrected an error that prevented emails from being inserted into the proper table when done using a batch process.
  • Updated the forgot password email to ensure the proper link was generated for mobile users and certain web email clients.
  • Fixed an issue where Admins and Contacts were getting notification of a cancelled game where the game status still showed as normal. It now correctly shows as cancelled.
  • Corrected an issue with error logging to the internal Oppas tool.
  • Fixed an issue where declined game emails were not showing the official who declined the game.
  • Corrected a calculation error for Provincial Sales Tax on Canadian customers for Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
  • Updated an email to include the proper recipients on registration emails to Sub-group Admins.
  • Changed the way email message Type IDs are recorded in the database to add better email tracking.
  • Corrected an issue where is if a game change request is made to make an away team the home team, the team that made the change must also approve it, which is redundant.
  • Enforced the rule that if a game is changed by a school, the other team involved in the game must accept the request.

 

ArbiterGame

New Features

  • Adjusted the assigning process for Event Workers, so that it works in the same way as assigning an Official.
  • When un-assigning an Event Worker, the slot is now left in place on the game.
  • Added the ability to delete an Event Worker slot from a game.

Defect or Bug

  • Fixed an issue where if an Event Worker was assigned to a game in ArbiterOne it prevented them from being paid.
  • Corrected unhandled errors when an Event Worker had a SSN associated with their account.
  • Corrected an issue with updated Event Worker payments not showing up on the payments page.
  • Updated the default print setting for certificates that should be printed in landscape mode.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the ArbiterGame account information from being retrieved when the user’s session had expired.

 

ArbiterWorks

New Features

  • Added an option to run background checks that only include results for the last 18 months.

Defect or Bug

  • Fixed an issue where an official clicked on the background consent link the link was not performing.

 

ArbiterMobile

New Features

  • l authentication and data are now running in the production environment. The newest version of the app will need to be installed to point at the production data.
