Contact Directories for Your Group

ArbiterSports provides a directory of the officials, contacts, and association officers for you to find the contact information of specific members. This function is very useful if you need to get a hold of another official, an Athletic Director, or your Assignor/Admin in case of an emergency or questions.

Other Directories

You can also view additional directories in your group for the sites and teams that you officiate for.  These directories include sub-site information, addresses, and linked contacts for each site and team.  To view the lists of sites and teams, please follow these instructions:

Sites

  1. Go to www.ArbiterSports.com and sign in
  2. If you work for multiple organizations, select the group which hosts the specific directory you need to access. If you are not part of multiple organizations, you will be directed to that group's main page by default.
  3. Click on the Lists tab, and select the Sites sub-tab.
  4. The Sites directory will include columns for the phone number, address, contacts, and sub-site lists.  Clicking on the address will launch the coordinates in Google maps, in another tab on your browser.
  5. The contacts column will list the number of people who have been linked to the site as a contact.  If you click on the number in the contacts cell for a site, it will open up the director for the contacts at that site.
  6. The Sub-site column will list the number of sub-sites associated with the site.  Remember, the site is the actual name and postal address of the location where the game will be played.  The sub-site is the actual field of competition, such as a stadium, gym, pool, or track.  If you click on the number in the Sub-site cell, it will open up the list of sub-sites for the site.

Teams

  1. Go to www.ArbiterSports.com and sign in
  2. If you work for multiple organizations, select the group which hosts the specific directory you need to access. If you are not part of multiple organizations, you will be directed to that group's main page by default.
  3. Go to the Lists tab and Select Teams.
  4. The Teams directory will include the name of all teams that you may officiate for, including their sport and level, their mileage limit for officials' travel, and a cell listing the number of contacts linked to the team, such as coaches and school administrators.  To view the specific contact information for these individuals, click on the number in the Contacts column.
