Service Incident -- November 2nd, 2014

What happened:

Starting on Sunday, November 2nd at 9:00 pm MT, ArbiterSports was inaccessible due to an outage at our hosted datacenter.


8:26 pm MT: Our monitoring systems notified us that the site was offline.

8:35 pm MT:  Datacenter technicians were on site working to resolve the issue.

9:31 pm MT:  Datacenter network brought back online and site access restored.


At 8:26 pm MT, the network at our datacenter went down.  Through their investigation, their team found that a router that delivers traffic from the datacenter entry points to the servers was not delivering traffic.  Their technicians fixed the router with an issue and restored access to all clients at the datacenter.

The service incident did not jeopardize data or security information for clients.
