Changing your Password and/or Security Key in ArbiterPay

Inside your ArbiterPay account, the user can modify the password to be something different, or reset the Security Key. The User will need to have access to the account before it can be changed.

Modify Password

 To change the password, do the following:

  1. Click on My Profile.


  2. Click on the "Profile Settings" button, located above your profile information.
  3. Click the “Modify” button, located in the lower-right corner of the page. 
  4. Check the box labelled "Modify Password". Type in the current password in the "Old Password" box. Then, type in the new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password Box.
  5. Click Save.

Reset Security Key

If the security needs to be reset, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on My Profile.


  2. Click on the "Profile Settings" button, located above your profile information.
  3. Click the “Modify” button, located in the lower-right corner of the page. 
  4. Check the box labelled “Reset Security Key/PIN,” and type a new number in the blank space to the left. 


  5. Finally, type in the answer to your Security Question at the bottom of the page, and click “Save.”

    I cannot do either of the options above because I cannot get into my arbiter pay to click on profile and when I try to change my password nothing is sent to my email address. I think it has gone back to being linked to my old email.

    If you do not have access to the email we have on you profile then you will need to call us at 1-800-311-4060 to get help from support.

    I have forgotten my password and don't know how to retrieve it or change it...........HELP!!!!!!
