Site Issues 1/23/14

Currently we are experiencing a few minor issues with a couple of our web servers. Because of this some of our clients haven't been able to access our site. Other users have experienced slow response times on the website. This has been brought to our attention and it is our highest priority to fix immediately. Currently we do not have an estimated time as to when this will be fixed. Thank you for your continued patience and have a nice night.

    We have resolved almost all of the issues accessing the site and responsiveness. Please contact our support team if you continue to experience issues.

    the issues do not seem to be resolved for me. i am at this moment continuing to have site responsiveness. i will check again in the morning, but this week has been a disaster using arbiter. my group id is 104537

    Jeff, i have had the same problem with the site not responding.. This has happen several times this year.. Not sure what is going on but this is not good for their business

    We have been going through some growing pains. The issues have been related to long term updates that allow us to support all of our clients. Some of those updates have had snags when rolled out. These updates will allow the site to run well even during peak traffic times.

    I still cannot get access. It is 2:20pm 1/24. I work for two organizations that use Arbiter.

    If working on a computer, my experience is that you want to clear your browser cache; it may be remembering the error, and not letting you get a clean login.

    Arbiter Sports has been a headache often during the two seasons I assign officials for since summer 2013. Very frustrating and disappointing.

    We found some server settings that needed to be updated and implemented the changes. So far our monitoring shows the site is running much more reliably for all customers. Please respond if you run into any performance issues.

    Still getting the HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

    This has been constant all season, even worse than last year. So many slow downs, errors, unable to upload games or assign them. If your updating then get it over with it shouldn't be a 5 month ordeal. Will be switching to a different service for next season

    We're looking into the 503 issue now. Will post an update when we have more information.

    It is 10:20 p.m. In Michigan and the site is still not working. Exact same error 503

    @Bob & Harry We found the issue and put in a fix. Please let me know if you continue experiencing the issue.

    @Penny Posted my reply before you responded. It should be working for you now. The 503 error was the last error we had reported that we hadn't resolved. Just got it taken care of.

    Since i depend on the arbiter for assignments I do not print a schedule daily, now with the site down i am not able to verify my assignments with tournaments going on, bad weather . so i am totally out of commission and can not make sure games are covered, or answer question. any idea on when site will be up?

    @Terri We released some updates a few hours ago that allowed almost all clients to access the site. There was one smaller issue we corrected 15 minutes ago. Are you getting an error message or can you describe what is happening?

    I am in now, Your program has always been reliable but the last 6 months there have been so many issues i think i will just print schedules for awhile.

    @Harry Were you going to our main site or central hub? We had some performance issues today but this is the first report of a 503 error. Any information you can provide will help us get your issue resolved.
