How do I change my picture?

To change your picture please follow these steps.

1.  Log in to ArbiterSports.
2.  Select your official account.
3.  Click on the profile tab.
4.  On the left hand side, click on the picture link.
5.  Once your current picture appears, select the option to change it.
6.  Browse for the new picture you want and click upload.



Occasionally we receive notifications from clients indicating that they changed their picture, but the old picture still shows.  There are two common reasons for this:

  1. The picture is stored in your computer's cache.  To resolve this, clear your cache and cookies.
  2. The picture hasn't updated to all servers.  Our servers store pictures for quick retrieval.  However, pictures may take up to 20 minutes to update on all servers.  In this case, the solution is to wait for a half hour or so.  If after that time period your picture has not updated, please contact our support staff for help.

    Richard - Our help center is managed through a third party company, Zendesk. It has a separate profile from your ArbiterSports profile.
