Customize announcements using HTML

HTML is allowed within announcements. HTML allows you to add color, fonts, scrolling text, bold or italicize text, etc. for more stylish announcements.

Unless you are already familiar with HTML, the most common method for creating HTML announcements is to use an external HTML editor (like Microsoft Frontpage or Netscape Composer) and then copying and pasting the HTML text into an announcement.

Below is a sample HTML text you can paste into an announcement to see how HTML looks.

<p><font color="#FF00FF" size="4" face="Arial">Congratulations on successfully signing into the Arbiter</font>.&nbsp; Now that you are signed in, please take a moment to update your <font face="Arial Black" color="#00CC00">calendar</font> and your personal <font face="Arial Black" color="#00CC00">information</font> by using the appropriate link to the left.&nbsp; When you have completed this please check the <font size="4" color="#FF0000"><font face="Arial Black"><b>Ready</b></font> </font>box to the left.</p>

Hi, I use the HTML feature on the Announcements page and it is very effective. But I noticed that on the mobile app the HTML is not rendering correctly in the "Inbox" list. If you open the message in the mobile app, the HTML displays correctly, but not on the screen where the app is listing all of the announcements - it shows the raw HTML code itself with all of the brackets, etc.
