Session Time-Out Error/Clearing Cache and Cookies

Internet browsers store data called cache and cookies that help websites load faster.  If you received a message stating 'Your session has timed out', it means this data has expired or was stored incorrectly.  To resolve this issue simply reset or clear the cache and cookies.

 

Clearing cache and cookies

  1. Open or click on the internet browser.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard at the same time. This will open a new window.
  3. From the options in the new window, select cache and cookies.  Cookies may be referred to as temporary internet files.
  4. Click the clear or delete button to finish.

 

Once the cache and cookies have been cleared, restart the internet browser and try signing into ArbiterSports.
